I hereby grant the Austin Theatre Alliance and the Paramount Education Department permission to use my child's likeness in a photograph, video or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications without payment or consideration. The images may be used for brochures, presentations to parents or other interested groups as well as public relations purposes.
